Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender in order of ingredients.
  2. If you would like a for a sweeter taste Add concunut water instead of water
  3. If you are using a vitamix turn to the Beverage knob for 30 seconds and than turn to speed 10 for 15 seconds
